PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

All payments must be made in US Dollars and are payable 30 days before check-in or at the time of booking if booking is under 30 days from check-in.

***Clients can pay through PayPal if they have PayPal account or they can send an email to info@kayemango.com requesting the booking period. In this case we send an invoice thru Paypal to client’s email with steps how to pay the invoice. Once Payment is received we book the unit(s).

Once the Guest’s booking is confirmed, the price of the Guest’s reservation is fully guaranteed, even if the Owner changes the price on its website after the Guest’s booking has been confirmed. 

Any cancelation can be made free of charge 30 days before arrival (excepting the transaction fees).

If a cancellation is made 30 to 10 days prior to arrival, 25% of the total rental amount will be forfeited and 75% of the total rental amount will be returned to the payer .

If a cancellation is made 10 days or less days prior to arrival the Owner will void the Guest’s booking and retain the full amount. 

​

If the Guest wishes to cancel a confirmed booking, written notice of cancellation must be sent to the Owner via e-mail. All cancellation notices received will be acknowledged in writing.

Cancellation of a booking includes but is not limited to: 

  • Cancellation of one or more days of a booking 

  • An amendment of a booking so that none of the dates of the booking once amended fall within the same dates that originally constituted the booking; 

  • Failure of all Guests to provide the required suitable identifications documentation on arrival (eg. Passports) 

  • Attempt by the Guest, their party or visitors to breach the Terms and Conditions herein.
